Job Description - HR Recruiter Key Responsibilities As an HR Recruiter at Fusion CX Colombia, your duties will include:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions across the organization.
2. Recruitment Strategy Development : Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and requirements. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs.
3. Network Building : Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
4. Job Descriptions & Postings : Draft and post compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
5. Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
6. Offer Preparation & Hiring Compliance : Prepare job offers, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
7. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
8. Employer Branding : Enhance Fusion CX's employer brand through networking, partnerships, and active social media engagement.
9. Onboarding Support : Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires by providing necessary documentation and guidance throughout the process.

Job Requirements - HR Recruiter Qualifications & Requirements You will need the following qualifications and qualities to succeed in this role of HR Recruiter in Colombia:

1. Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3. Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
4. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
5. Attention to Detail : Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
6. Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.
7. Work Ethic : Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
