We specialize in connecting companies with highly specialized technology professionals.We’re partnering with a global technology services company that supports enterprise and service provider customers in the validation, integration, and adoption of advanced networking solutions, working closely with industry-leading technology partners and Cisco technologies.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer to support the validation, integration, and delivery of complex, customer-specific network solutions.This is a highly technical, hands-on, and customer-facing role, ideal for a senior network engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, validating designs, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of next-generation network technologies.You’ll work closely with internal engineering teams, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure solutions are properly validated and delivered in line with customer requirements.What You Will DoPlan and execute solution validation activities in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholdersImplement and integrate complex network platforms and technologies in laboratory environmentsValidate architectures, develop test plans, and document results clearlyTroubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, VPN, and MPLS environmentsCollaborate with engineering teams to identify issues and drive successful solution deliveryAct as a technical point of contact for customers during solution validation and delivery phasesRequirements (Must-Have)+5 years experience working with Catalyst 8ks, ASRs and ISR.
