Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Pay: $500 to $1500 USD monthly (depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for creating robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. This role is critical to driving the success of our mission to empower entrepreneurship communities worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Django and React.
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure using AWS CodeDeploy, S3, and EC2.
  • Create, optimize, and troubleshoot Docker containers for deployment and development.
  • Debug and refactor legacy code systems to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Build and maintain dynamic web pages using Django HTML templates and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Postgres SQL databases.
  • Provide insights and analytics through Tableau (optional but a plus).
  • Integrate and maintain external APIs to enhance platform functionality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Django and React.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services, including CodeDeploy, S3, and EC2.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
  • Strong ability to debug and enhance legacy code systems.
  • Experience with Django HTML templates and front-end technologies like JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of Postgres SQL and database management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience integrating with external APIs.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Familiarity with Tableau or other analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in entrepreneurship or startup ecosystems is advantageous.

Compensation
