Applicants must be located in Colombia EssentialFunctions: The Lead Generation Specialist is a professional whofinds, converts leads, and generates new business with potentialand existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure agreat customer experience. The Lead Generation Specialist positionwill drive sales and support Business Development Managers.Components of the role include executing cold calls, initiatingcontact with previous, existing and potential customers,identifying needs and selling appropriate products and services tomeet those needs. Responsibilities - Source new sales opportunitiesthrough inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails -Understand customer needs and requirements - Route qualifiedopportunities to the appropriate sales executives for furtherdevelopment and closure - Close sales and achieve sales quotas -Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest -Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assignedterritory - Team with your assigned Business Development Manager'sto build pipeline and close deals - Perform effective online demosto prospects - Meeting sales goals - Find new businessopportunities; create leads - Conduct cold calls on potentialclients - Schedule appointments for outside sales reps - Developssales opportunities by researching and identifying potentialaccounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providingtechnical information and explanations - Develops accounts bychecking customer's buying history; suggesting related and newitems; explaining technical features. - Entering all relevantinformation into the CRM (Hubspot) Requirements - Proven insidesales experience - Be able to work EST hours, approximately8:30am-5pm - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phonepresence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day -Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools -Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Excellentverbal and written communications skills in English; C1 at minimumbut C2 is preferable - Strong listening and presentation skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively -Business-to-business sales experience, a plus - Goal oriented andambitious (Drive to meet and exceed sales quotas) - Customerservice and relationship-building skills - Technical Understandingof real-estate industry, a plus - Time management skills - Abilityto work under pressure - Ability to take the initiative, follow upwith customers and attain self-set deadlines and company-set goals.- Ability to work with a team and independently - Self-confidentBenefits Compensation for the Role of Lead Generation Specialist –PropLogix Colombia The Lead Generation Specialist role at PropLogixColombia offers a competitive compensation package designed torecognize both individual performance and commitment to ourobjectives. • Base Salary: COP 3.500.000 per month.

• Internet Allowance: COP100.000 per month.
