Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia. With at least 3 years of experience in this role within advertising and marketing agencies, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of marketing project execution. This involves adhering to established budgets and timelines, as well as defining project objectives and scope in collaboration with clients and the agency's internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, activity schedules, and project milestones.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment regarding deliverables and deadlines.
  • Proactively manage project risks by identifying and addressing potential issues during execution.
  • Track project progress, ensuring agreed objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met while managing any deviations from the original plan.
  • Ensure meetings are held, tasks are delegated, budgets are managed, key performance indicators are monitored, and reports are presented for optimal project execution.
  • Conduct client meetings, provide status updates, and incorporate client feedback into the project workflow.
  • Evaluate projects upon completion to identify areas for improvement.
  • Receive briefs and manage their execution and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.
Qualifications
  • English Level: C1.
  • Experience in ATL and digital marketing.
  • Leadership, customer service, analytical, negotiation, planning, and tracking skills. Experience working with large clients and expertise in project management tools.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CORE, relevant to the role.
  • Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others.
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards related to social.
