Buscamos un Analista de Soporte Nivel 3. Nuestro cliente está revolucionando la forma en que las empresas interactúan con sus clientes, gestionando millones de experiencias cada año, tanto en sucursales como de forma virtual. Actualmente trabajan con los principales bancos, aseguradoras, telcos y empresas de servicios en todo LATAM. Comercializan sus productos en dos modalidades: On-Premise y SaaS. Por este motivo, su equipo de ingeniería no solo desarrolla aplicaciones web, sino que también administra y maneja tecnologías de infraestructura local y cloud. Adicionalmente, cuentan con un equipo de UI & UX que trabaja con metodologías modernas en conjunto con el equipo de ingeniería.

Trabajar junto al equipo de Proyectos en la implementación de sus productos y en la resolución técnica de incidentes complejos para el portfolio de productos de la compañía (tanto cloud como on-premise).

Como parte del equipo de Soporte, asistirás a los técnicos de primer y segundo nivel en la resolución de incidentes que requieren mayor nivel de análisis. Velarás por el rendimiento, seguridad y utilidad de la solución instalada de cada producto en el cliente.

Requisitos:
  • Experiencia mínima de al menos 5 años trabajando en un rol de Técnico Sr, Sysadmin o similar. (Semi Sr)
  • Buen manejo de Sistemas Operativos (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Windows).
  • Administración de bases de datos, manejo de queries (MySQL y MS SQL) – se hará evaluación técnica.
  • Conocimiento en redes (routing, proxy, vpn, ssh, dns, nat) y conocimientos en seguridad informática de aplicaciones web.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de topologías de sistemas Web.
  • Manejo avanzado de servicios web (Rest y SOAP).
  • Experiencia de 1 año con Arquitectura RESTful.
  • Experiencia de 3 años con Base de datos SQL.
  • Experiencia de 1 año en Programación en Java.
  • Ser estudiante avanzado o estar recibido de carreras tales como Licenciaturas en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Licenciatura en Sistemas o similares (excluyente).
  • Conocimientos de scripting (Bash o Python).
  • Conocimientos en protocolos LDAP, SAML, HTTPS y SMTP.
  • Conocimientos de Apache o Nginx.

Sueldo base a través de la aplicación Let 's Deel. Day-off cumpleaños y feriados del país de residencia. 15 días hábiles de vacaciones. Licencia por paternidad extendida. Clases optativas de inglés o portugués durante la jornada laboral.
