You will track network inventory indistribution centers in your business unit or region. You willprocess stock transfer orders and work closely with supplyplanners, transportation, and customer service to ensure thatinventory is moved to the correct distribution center so we candeliver excellent customer service. How you will contribute 1. Planthe distribution of the finished product 2. Track availability toensure compliance with the sales team's monthly quota, in additionto the order case fill rate (CFR) and on cap availability (OCA)objectives 3. Build the sales and distribution forecast fordistribution centers aligned with CS&L planning, and share thisplan with logistics operations to build on warehousing andtransportation capacity What you will bring A desire to drive yourfuture and accelerate your career and the following experience andknowledge: 1. Experience in distribution of inventories betweenlocations or related, inventory balancing 2. Supply chainexperience (production process management and distributionprocesses) 3. Experience in processes related to the planningcycle, mainly as a distribution planner (MRP, DRP) 4. Projectmanagement experience (timetables, availability projection) 5.Experience in customer order management (key substitution, deliveryappointments, delivery specifications) 6. Experience working withwarehouses, transportation, DSD branches, distribution 7. Problemsolving 8. Peer relationships/Team building 9. Drive forResults/Prioritization and Timely Decision Making 10. Analytical capacity More about this role What youneed to know about this position: As a DRP Sourcing Planner, youwill be responsible for ensuring the optimal flow of products fromthe source of supply to customers in Colombia and Ecuador,guaranteeing inventory availability to meet market demand. You willwork closely with various stakeholders to align supply plans withbusiness strategies and customer service objectives. This positionis key to optimize the supply chain and contribute to businessgrowth. What extra ingredients you will bring: 1. PlanningExperience: Strong experience in supply planning processes,preferably with knowledge in demand planning. 2. Business Acumen:Ability to understand the impact of planning on business resultsand make informed decisions. 3. Communication Skills: Excellentinterpersonal communication, both oral and written, to interacteffectively with internal and external customers. 4. CustomerOrientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliveringhigh quality service. 5. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data andgenerate reports to make data-driven decisions. 6. Proactive:Initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in planningprocesses and propose innovative solutions. 7. Collaboration:Ability to work as a team player and build strong relationshipswith stakeholders. Education / Certifications: Professional degreein Engineering (Industrial, Production, etc.) or BusinessAdministration. Job specific requirements: 1. Proven experience insupply and/or demand planning processes. 2. Excellent Excel andPower BI skills. 3. Intermediate English (oral and written). 4.Ability to present "executive summaries" to management. 5. Hybridin Bogota or Cali.
