The Role

What You'll Do:

  1. Generate High-Quality Leads: Use online research, industry databases, and networking to identify and gather potential clients.
  2. Engage with Prospects: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to introduce our security solutions and spark interest among prospective clients.
  3. Build Strong Relationships: Develop lasting connections with new and existing clients, understanding their security needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Advance the Sales Process: Schedule and coordinate meetings with key decision-makers to drive deals forward.
  5. Stay Organized: Track and manage all sales activities in our CRM system, keeping detailed records of interactions and progress.
  6. Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and boost outreach effectiveness.
  7. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring:

  1. Sales & Outreach Expertise: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and cold calling—preferably in electronic security or technology.
  2. Powerful Communication: Strong English skills for creating compelling outreach messages and engaging conversations.
  3. Independent & Driven: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  4. Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups with precision.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Industry Insight: Experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of the electronic security industry is a plus.
