At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python and React) to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative international project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop full-stack applications using React for the frontend and Python (Fast API) for the backend;
  2. Develop and maintain highly responsive and user-friendly React frontend components;
  3. Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Python backend services and APIs;
  4. Implement integrations between frontend and backend services, ensuring smooth data flow;
  5. Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as Redux, Flux, etc;
  6. Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
  7. Strong experience with using Azure Cloud Services (Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, etc.);
  8. Experience with building pipelines using GitHub Actions;
  9. Drive best practices in coding, design, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security;
  10. Conduct code reviews to improve code quality and mentor junior team members;
  11. Create reusable components that enhance the Kraft Heinz-wide “code library”;
  12. Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption;
  13. Demonstrate ability to collaborate between business units, architecture, operations, and security on the development and implementation of solutions that meet operational and compliance standards;
  14. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time;
  15. Identify opportunities to automate or improve existing processes;
  16. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Solid experience working on software development with expertise in React, Python, and Azure Cloud;
  2. Experienced with code refactoring, design patterns, CI/CD, highly scalable applications, application security;
  3. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, particularly Azure, including hands-on experience with services like Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools;
  4. Proven experience in designing and deploying CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools;
  5. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes;
  6. Experience in developing scalable, resilient, and secure serverless applications;
  7. Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and integrating cloud-based data storage solutions;
  8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code;
  9. Passion for development and a demonstrated appetite for continual learning, typically manifest in their community contributions (e.g., open-source work, publishing/speaking on technical ideas);
  10. Advanced English for conversation.
