Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts and company growth initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker (C1/C2 level) – both written and spoken. Exceptional presentation skills with a confident, engaging, and professional demeanor. Energetic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to maintain high energy levels during live sessions. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and nights. Strong reliability, timekeeping, and attention to detail—this is a customer-facing role. Ability to stay composed under pressure, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and discretion.
