Job Description As an SAP Consultant - QA, you will beresponsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases toensure quality assurance for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA ERPs. You willwork specifically on the B2B eCommerce add-on/connector of Sana,which enables seamless ERP integrations for eCommerce web stores.Your role includes testing core Sana functionalities, ERP-nativeintegrations, and any additional customizations performed forunique business needs. You will also collaborate withcross-functional teams, engage in test automation, and contributeto continuous QA process improvement. Test Planning & Execution- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and testscripts for SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA environments within the scopeof Sana's implementation for Sana's connector. - Perform varioustypes of testing (functional, integration, regression, performance,and user acceptance testing). - Review and validate peers' testcases to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Work closely withdevelopers, business analysts, and ERP consultants to ensurequality delivery of custom developments. - Develop and maintain QAdocumentation, including user manuals and process documents. TestAutomation & Process Improvement - Develop, implement, andmaintain test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency. -Identify, analyse, and communicate defects, risks, and dependencieswith the QA Lead and Project Manager. - Continuously improve QAprocesses, tools, and methodologies for better test executionefficiency. Collaboration & Customer Interaction - Participatein customer UAT sessions and demonstrate tested solutions. - Workclosely with global teams, including developers, ERP consultants,and business stakeholders. - Conduct QA training sessions forinternal teams and share domain knowledge. Job-SpecificCompetencies: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience as a QAEngineer, preferably in ERP or SAP environments. - Prior experiencein SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP testing is a plus. - ISTQBcertification and/or knowledge of its study material is anadvantage. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and test automationtools. - Experience working with international clients. RequiredSkills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Abilityto work in a team-oriented environment. - Mentoring and leadershipabilities to guide junior QA team members. - Strong attention todeadlines and budgetary guidelines. - Flexible to work in differentshifts to align with global teams & customers. - Open forinternational travel.
