Lo Que Harás

  • Trabajar en la resolución de casos en equipos de imágenes diagnosticas, así como estar a cargo de realizar la instalación, el mantenimiento y atender las necesidades de reparación necesarias en todos los equipos designados.
  • Ejecutar de manera eficiente las visitas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, de instalación y de gestión funcional en general.
  • Mantenerse al día y gestionar de manera efectiva las responsabilidades administrativas, como mantener los registros de servicio al cliente y los registros de servicio interno de manera oportuna.
  • Aprender a comunicarse de manera eficaz con los clientes para garantizar la resolución y el seguimiento adecuado, lo que conduce a la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Mantener las herramientas y los equipos de prueba de manera adecuada y asegurarse de que permanezcan debidamente calibrados.
  • Aprender a utilizar el proceso de escalamiento para resolver los problemas de prestación de servicios al cliente y realizar análisis de causa raíz que conducirán a una resolución eficaz de problemas.
  • Trabajar como miembro del equipo local para proporcionar una prestación de servicios eficiente a todas las cuentas dentro del área asignada.
  • Contar con la capacidad para responder a llamadas de servicio de forma independiente sin asistencia para casos de complejidad promedio después de un año de experiencia en campo.

Lo Que Necesitas Tener

  • Grado en Ingeniería con un enfoque importante en Tecnología, como Ingeniería Electrónica, Biomédica, Mecatrónica y afínes.
  • De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Ingeniería electrónica, reparación mecánica, biomedicina o servicio de equipos electrónicos.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Inglés intermedio.

Sería Bueno Que Tuvieras

  • Visa Americana vigente.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación con la capacidad de comunicar problemas técnicos complejos de una manera fácil de entender.
  • Con grandes capacidades de adaptación al cambio y seguimiento de procesos.
  • Capacidad para generar y demostrar iniciativa propia y automotivación.
  • Experiencia en el diagnóstico y reparación de equipos mecánicos, electromecánicos y/o electrónicos.
  • Experiencia en la resolución de problemas y respuesta a las inquietudes de los clientes.
