What The Day Will Look Like Responsible for leading the Bid Team, for both prospects and clients at risk, for both private and state entities. Must provide strategic support for managing opportunities that arise through bidding, as well as legal/compliance guidance to ensure that the terms and conditions under which Aon Risk Services will provide its services are clear from the delivery of a value proposition. Agilely review and understand information provided by the client for proposal development and project development. Serve as the first filter for legal viability of business (reinforcing compliance with TOBA and LoL). Generate strategic observations in the analysis of the bidding process. Have in-depth knowledge of Aon's capabilities in terms of experience and talent (team) to provide the most relevant information in each process. Ensure strict compliance with documentary requirements established in the bidding terms and conditions (RFP / TOR). Manage the documentary contribution that is part of the process, ensuring legal compliance and maximizing commercial opportunities while adapting to the specific needs for each segment. Provide support and legal advice to internal clients in processes that meet the requirements to be worked on by the PaC Team. Monitor applicable regulations for each line of business of Aon group companies with a presence in HSA countries. Review contracts in the pre-contractual stage related to processes to be worked on through the PaC Team HSA. Responsible for Compliance issues related to Value Propositions. Services provided will be regarding all countries that make up the Hispanic South America subregion and all solution lines - Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Studies and/or specialties: Lawyer with a degree, preferably with a specialization in Insurance/Contracts/Corporate Law or with a specialization in progress. Technological tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Languages: Advanced English. Experience: 8 years in handling public and private bids.
