Desarrollar planes de comunicaciones orientados a mejorar los procesos comerciales y la experiencia de cliente a través de herramientas de Marketing Automation, concretamente Hubspot y Brevo.

¿Cuál será tu día a día?

  • Trasladar requerimientos de negocio técnicos en las soluciones de Hubspot y Brevo.
  • Responsabilizarse de la ejecución de las campañas para la consecución de los objetivos en estas plataformas.
  • Realizar las configuraciones necesarias sobre los diferentes módulos de Hubspot y Brevo.
  • Implementación de las campañas y comunicaciones en el ecosistema de Hubspot:

-Creación y configuración de las comunicaciones (email, sms, whatsapp, web push, app push, etc).

-Creación y mantenimiento de los journeys.

-Mantenimiento y organización de los contactos alojados en el CRM de Hubspot.

-Realización de segmentaciones para las diferentes campañas.

  • Conocimiento del lenguaje HTML para la realización de cambios y ajustes sencillos.
  • Documentar las soluciones implantadas (campañas, journeys).
  • Realización de informes y dashboards en Hubspot.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Titulación universitaria: estudios de Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Sistemas o Industrial.
  • Estudios en Marketing o Negocios y con un fuerte interés en Procesos de Negocio, Análisis y Estrategia de Marketing Digital.
  • Dos (2) años de experiencia en un rol similar.
  • Software de Marketing automation prioritarios: Hubspot y Brevo.
  • Otros software de Marketing Automation: Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho, ActOn, Salesmanago.
  • Alto conocimiento de Excel y Power Point.
  • Ideal conocimientos de email marketing, CRM, bases de datos, ecommerce o HTML.
  • También se valorará el uso de herramientas de diseño gráfico.
