While 1-2 yearsof experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory — we value astrong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The work you do forour clients helps them truly unplug on vacation, have more timewith their kids, and get back to enjoying running their businesses.You will be working in a wide range of tech/software platformsincluding Netsuite, Shopify, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext,Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller/Vendor,Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com and more. What you will do Time Zone
•You will need to work 1Oam - 6pm EST, with some flexibility forclient needs. Junior Bookkeeper Efficiently organize financialtransactions for accurate accounting records. Conduct regularreconciliations for financial accuracy. Perform data entry tasks tosupport seamless financial information flow. Monitor and respond toemails, directing inquiries appropriately. Record and trackinvoices, actively addressing overdue payments and customer/vendorissues. Record and track bills, ensuring timely payments andreporting to seniors on overdue bills. Run and submit payroll forapproval, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Timely and professionalresolution of minor issues with customers and vendors. Undertakemiscellaneous tasks to enhance overall accounting departmentefficiency. Ensure daily upkeep of financial books for smoothaccounting processes. Requirements Your experience and education -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - 1-2 years of experiencein accounting is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong attention todetail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in data entry andbasic accounting software. - Excellent communication skills.
