Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Back-End Developer. The Back-End Developer will have the responsibility of developing and maintaining the server-side of web applications, ensuring high performance, high security and scalability. The Back-End Developer should also be able to implement and maintain databases and APIs, connect with Front-End Developers for web applications and collaborate with UX professionals to implement the best UI/UX design.

Qualifications

  • Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
  • Medium to advanced DevOps knowledge
  • Software Development skills
  • Front-End Development and Programming skills
  • Ability to implement and maintain databases and APIs
  • Experience collaborating with Front-End Developers and UX professionals for web applications
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify, Miva Partners, BigCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
