Let’s grow better, together.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who combines technical mastery with grit and confidence. You’ll design and evolve user-facing applications that directly impact millions of drivers and operators. You’ll collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to craft elegant, performant interfaces — and you’ll do it with a strong sense of personal ownership.This isn’t a role for a task-taker. It’s for someone who sees the big picture, takes initiative when requirements are unclear, and delivers even when things get messy.How to make an impactLead front-end development across React-based applications serving our Reservations and Operator platforms.Build scalable, maintainable UI components with a focus on clarity, speed, and accessibility.Partner closely with backend engineers (Go microservices) to design robust, efficient integrations.Elevate the team by mentoring others and setting the tone for quality and accountability.Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical direction.Drive continuous improvement in testing, CI/CD, and observability for front-end systems.Stay resilient — you’ll face challenges, blockers, and ambiguity, and you’ll turn them into momentum.About youOur engineering culture values ownership, craftsmanship, and resilience. We’re a team that thrives under pressure, supports each other through adversity, and takes pride in delivering stable, high-quality software.Your background5+ years of experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript.Deep knowledge of state management, component architecture, and API integration.Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or modern build pipelines (Vite, Webpack, etc.).Strong understanding of performance optimization and responsive design principles.Excellent communicator — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and emotionally mature — you keep composure under stress and take ownership of outcomes.Nice to HaveExposure to backend or full-stack work (Node.js or Golang).Experience with micro-frontends, Kubernetes, or Helm.Previous work in mobility, payments, or other high-scale transactional systems.
