Please note: you must have at least 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst and experience as Product Owner to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  1. Elicit and discuss requirements with stakeholders from the client side including business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  2. Decompose and elaborate requirements to communicate to the development team on the required level of details.
  3. Maintain backlog and keep solution requirements documentation for new functionality up-to-date.
  4. Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes and verify with the product owner.
  5. Facilitate estimation of user stories along with delivery team.
  6. Present requirements to the team, support the team on requirements and minimize time spent by the team to elaborate requirements for their current tasks.
  7. Participate in the presales process — elicit high-level scope and prepare required deliverables.
  8. Facilitate Scrum events while inspiring efficient teamwork and effective decision-making.
  9. Strong in communication with the ability to ensure the backlog is clearly understood by the delivery/scrum team.
  10. Extensive experience handling requirement changes and negotiating prioritization amongst respective stakeholder(s).
EXPERIENCE
  1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  2. Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities and activities.
  3. Knowledge and experience leading the implementation of best practices within Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies.
  4. Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in form of user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases.
  5. Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, scope modeling techniques.
  6. Experience in presale/discovery activities.
  7. Extensive experience in applying product management techniques.
  8. Expertise with requirements, estimations, roadmaps and documentation.
  9. Deep understanding of software lifecycle development disciplines - Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance & Testing, Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management.
  10. Good organization and communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, non-technical resources, as well as management.
  11. Problem-solving skills to support the team and client.
  12. Be flexible to change, and willing to adapt to the client and team needs.
  13. Analytic and driven mindset.
  14. Background in QA or development is a plus.
  15. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  16. Initiative and drive to do great things.
