Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing data related to the after-sales area in a company of the automotive sector. In charge of developing dashboards to automate processes, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and analyze current business performance.

Main Activities:

  • Design and maintain data structures, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of information on various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using QlikSense and other BI tools. Provide support to translate business needs into effective visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Automate repetitive data processing tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Implement process automation tools that optimize data flow and reporting.
  • Provide technical support for BI applications, resolve issues, and ensure continuous performance. Contribute to the upgrade and optimization of applications according to changing business needs.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations based on data findings.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments, including IT, and support training on BI tools and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience with data or BI
  • Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical), Business Intelligence, Administration, or related fields.
  • Languages: Intermediate to advanced level of English
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense, and other dashboard tools, with a solid understanding of data visualization best practices
