ACERCA DE ESTA OPORTUNIDAD…El generalista de RR.HH. se asocia con el negocio para apoyar las iniciativas de este departamento a nivel mundial y local. Se desempeña de manera eficiente y efectiva en los programas de RR.HH. y realiza planificaciones que respaldan a los líderes, gerentes y empleados de América Latina. Brinda asistencia y apoyo a los clientes internos en una gama de procesos en uno o más países. Aconseja a los empleados en procesos relacionados con distintos temas de RR. HH.
RESPONSABILIDADES…- Gestionar consultas.
- Ejecutar el programa de la comunidad de conocimientos y respaldar los cambios nuevos.
- Ejecución de programas; por ejemplo, mérito/bonificación; talento (conversaciones sobre la carrera profesional, calibración del talento de 9 casillas, establecimiento y logro de objetivos, encuestas a los empleados).
- Ejecución de las actividades de orientación e incorporación.
- Asesorar a los gerentes de personal sobre los procesos relacionados con los ascensos, la administración de los salarios y los aumentos por mérito.
- Formación al gerente de personal en procesos y/o habilidades sociales, ya sea directamente o a través de sesiones de formación.
- Gestión de cambios en el país para los dirigentes locales.
- Apoyo y asesoramiento a los gestores de personas en incorporación y/o revisiones de fin de periodo de prueba.
- Apoyo y asesoramiento a los gestores de personas en las fusiones y adquisiciones.
- Adaptar y administrar las estrategias de reconocimiento regionales y locales a los programas de reconocimiento globales.
- Capacitar al personal, los equipos de proveedores de terceros para mejorar la experiencia del cliente en todos los procesos.
- Apoyo a la contratación de principio a fin y/o a la contratación de personal para los esfuerzos basados en proyectos de primera línea y para el apoyo a los reclutadores de COE, cuando proceda.
- Asistencia en las relaciones con los empleados.
- Proporciona informes a petición de los responsables de RR.HH. y de los altos cargos, incluidos análisis y perspectivas.
- Se requiere una carrera profesional.
- Se requiere más de 5 años de experiencia progresiva en RR.HH. con conocimientos y experiencia demostrada.
- Se valorarán 2 o más años de trabajo en una organización regional de servicios compartidos.
- El inglés intermedio.
- Experiencia demostrada y enfoque en la gestión proactiva de las relaciones con los clientes.
- Debe poseer un entendimiento demostrable de medición de desempeño continuo.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidades excepcionales de resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Adaptación al cambio.
- Interés en aprender y entender el negocio de la compañía.
- Buena capacidad de análisis y habilidades para resolver problemas.
