Summary: ThePeople Partner position will support assigned locations withvarious human resource functions by providing a front-line responsein the areas of employee relations, performance management,benefits, leaves of absence, training, record tracking, policyinterpretation, procedure implementation, personnel actions, andother areas within the People Function department. KeyResponsibilities: 1. Provide support and coaching to managers onemployee-related issues. 2. Assist with the creation andimplementation of People Function-focused and company-basedpolicies and procedures. 3. Deliver support, including driving theannual People Function cycle and providing tactical and operationalguidance and coaching to leaders on all People Function matters. 4.Act as first point of contact for an assigned group of leaders withemployee-related issues including, but not limited to: performance,harassment, wage & hour concerns, leaves of absence, injuries,onboarding, terminations, attendance, investigations, anddisciplinary actions. 5. Assist with the implementation ofdepartment and company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.Manage company-wide performance management process, includingPerformance Improvement Plans and corrective actions. Partner withPeople Business Partners on the implementation of the PeopleStrategy. 6. Conduct employee investigations: gather witnessstatements, make recommendations regarding next steps. 7. Assistwith company-wide harassment and leader/employee developmenttraining programs. 8. Occasional travel to visit additional sitesas appropriate to conduct training, investigations, engagementactivities, etc. 9. Ensure compliance with various state andfederal wage/hour laws, signage, postings, etc. 10. Perform tasksand duties of a strategic nature and scope as required. In addition to the competencies,skills, and qualifications we are seeking, you must be able to workon-site for this role as one of your key responsibilities is tosupport the Frontline People Organization (FLPO) and deliver HRservices to our business sites. Qualifications: 1. 5 years ofexperience as an HR generalist or similar role in a relatedindustry; multi-site experience preferred. 2. Proven experience inleading project implementations. 3. Advanced experience in HRISplatforms, Workday user preferred. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365.5. Passion to provide a best-in-class customer experience. 6. Solidunderstanding of Employment Labor Law. 7. Structured work approachand a focus on delivering results. 8. Experience in largeinternational organizations preferred. 9. Change managementexperience. 10. Great stakeholder management skills and provenability to deliver through others. 11. Ability to adapt in afast-paced environment. 12. Ability to lead initiatives andcollaborate with others to achieve common objectives. 13. Beself-driven, energetic, proactive, and have a 'can-do' and 'caring'mindset. 14. Advanced English proficiency. 15. Proficiency inSpanish required.
