Position : Business Intelligence Developer

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Business Intelligence Developer who can independently design, develop, test, implement, document, and support business intelligence systems, including semantic layers, cubes/ extracts, scheduling technologies, and analytic, visualization, and reporting technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Creates and supports the process of pulling the information from the source data warehouse or data store and placing it into the cubes/ extracts.
  • Performs business intelligence design and testing, including data design, business intelligence architecture, metadata, and repository creation.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains the business intelligence technologies and architectures.
  • Works with business and IT stakeholders to optimize reporting information by defining business requirements and populating the data warehouse table structure.
  • Creates data warehouse schematics and layouts; assists with developing capacity planning.
  • Recommends improvements and applies standards, processes, and procedures for business intelligence systems.

Required Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of business intelligence or relevant experience. 1+ years of Data Analysis experience.
  • Advanced English level - C1.
  • Experience in Kimball dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with semantic layers, cubes/ extracts, scheduling technologies, and analytic, visualization, and reporting technologies.
  • SSRS (tabular and matrix report development; tuning and troubleshooting).
  • SQL (T/SQL and ANSI Std SQL language).
  • SQL Server (can work with SSMS).
  • Power BI (report and dashboard development; DAX; familiarity with Semantic Model).
  • TOAD (can work with Oracle databases).
