Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Client Data & Billing Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The Client Data & Billing Specialist will partner with Billing Analysts in drafting invoices from digital documents, reviewing invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policy, and sending invoices for final review and approval. In addition this position will process new client data into various systems, update client data as needed and off-board clients from company software.

Candidates must be bilingual in fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

  • 2+ years of experience in client data management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
