Our dynamic and growing network of medical clinics is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compiling and analyzing data from various systems, creating insightful reports using tools such as Power BI, and presenting findings to the executive team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the organization
Responsibilities:
1. **Data Compilation:**
- Extract, compile, and clean data from diverse sources, including electronic health records, operational systems, and other relevant databases. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness through thorough validation processes
2. **Report Development:**
- Utilize tools like Power BI to design and create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations
3. **Data Analysis:**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions. - Employ statistical methods to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful information
4. **Insightful Presentations:**
- Present findings and insights to the executive team in a clear and compelling manner. - Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making
5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and clinical staff, to understand data needs and contribute to overall business objectives
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a strong emphasis on Power BI
- Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical techniques, and data modeling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations is a plus
