Main responsibilities

Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy for the country, to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories. Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase in store presence and sales. Design activities to increase Sell Out in Consumer & Commercial in all channels Design and execute promotion mix to ensure maximum and persuasive information, create awareness, generate "call to action" in Consumer & Commercial Tires. Support PR activities (customers, media & community). Support the process of planning, implementing and controlling sales & marketing strategies in order to accomplish company´s AOP Goals in Consumer & Commercial Tires.

Driving an integrating marketing communication to ensure maximum information and persuasive impact on customers in Consumer & Commercial Tires. Responsible for Goodyear dealer DAME program, retail communication, point-of-sales signage and materials, incentives programs, events and promotions. Development of Trade Promotional Plan and Calendar with key customers and channels Participates (in conjunction with the team) in the design of the promotional materials to support brand strategy and brand activation in Goodyear point-of-sales. Lead & execution Look & Feel plan (Actual & New Point of Sales) looking for to get better the GY's experience in POS. Co-ordination and communication to all customers of new product launches and deployment of marketing initiatives and support materials.

 

Education

  • An undergraduate degree with a concentration in a business, Industrial Engineer (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.).

 

 Experience

  • Minimum 3-6 years experience in Marketing
  • Experience working with multi-national corporations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data and issues and proactively develop solutions
