Shift Schedule: M – F, 8am – 6pm PST

Key Responsibilities:
📞 Incoming Calls: Handle
client inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate parties.
📝 Client
Intake: Accurately fill out client intake forms for case management.
📂 Case
Management: Keep files organized, update case statuses, and ensure all
documentation is prepared and filed.
✉️ Retainer
Letters: Prepare and send out retainer letters to clients.
💻 Data
Entry: Maintain up-to-date records with accurate data entry.
📧 Email
Management: Respond to client and internal emails promptly and
professionally.
📑 Medical
Records: Request and follow up on medical records for case
preparation.
📅 Calendar
Management: Schedule meetings, court dates, and other important
appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Responsibility &
Diligence: Strong sense of responsibility and diligence in managing
tasks and deadlines.
✔️ 1
Year of Law Firm Experience: At least one year of experience in a law
firm or similar environment.
✔️ Organized
& Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with strong
attention to detail.
✔️ Problem
Solver: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
✔️ Resourcefulness: Demonstrated
ability to manage tasks and overcome challenges.
✔️ Typing
Skills: Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
✔️ G
Suite Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite).
✔️ Excellent
English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English.
✔️ Customer
Service Experience (a plus): Prior experience in customer service is
advantageous but not required.
