Loan Processor Representative

Requirements:

- Advanced and fluid english (B2+ at least).
- Experience not needed. But yes for motivation to learn

We Offer:

- Commissions in USD
- 1 year fixed contract, always renewable
- Fixed schedule: monday - friday / 8 - 5 or 10 - 7
- Salary depends on experience
- NO INBOUND CALLS

Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation submitted by borrowers.
- Validate applicant information by contacting employers, financial institutions, and other relevant sources.
- Ensure that all loan files comply with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate the closing process with title companies, escrow officers, and attorneys.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
