Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer
Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our software products. You will design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools and provide end-to-end solutions to software quality problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective test strategies.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their lifecycle.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Monitor debugging process results and investigate the causes of non-conforming software.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in QA automation using Selenium, TestComplete, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
A solid understanding of SQL and scripting.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In QA Automation.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with performance and/or security testing.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
Experience with API testing.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying bugs and inconsistencies.
