Qualifications & experiences required
- Student at least 8 semester or University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economic or related subject.
- Previous experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model
- At least 2 year of experience in Payroll Process .
- Knowledge in Office 365, Visma, Super Nómina ERP.
- “Getting things done” and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
- Proactive and engaged attitude with attention to details
- Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
- Good English language skills (written).
Key Responsibilities
- Upload payroll news to the ERP.
- Payroll settlement according to the regulations and specifications given.
- Assist with monthly closing activities
- Perform processes of social charges, taxes associated with payroll. Prepare payroll closing reports.
- Comply with local standards, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Local Office, internal stakeholders, via workflow tool/email to resolve the issues.
- Responding to users inquiries in a timely manner; Support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues.
- Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals daily
- Drive many continuous process improvements and share best practices across team
- Support the team in achieving performance objectives
