Job Description:
Position SummaryCollector assist activities for Small Package. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring quality accounts, focus in 80/20 customers efforts for productivity, also Collector will assist in resolving complex Billing/Collections disputes. He/She interacts with both internal and external customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Reviewing open accounts for Collection efforts
- keeping and improving customer relations
- Resolves client-billing problems
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
- Email correspondence to internal and external customers, can be in English
- Reviewing open accounts for Collection efforts
Other Job requirements
- Schedule from 2am to 12pm
- Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
Qualifications - Internal
Education and Work Experience
- Technical or bachelors’ degree (depend of experience) in administrative careers
- At least 6 months of experience in Collection or Customer Service areas (Preferred)
- Internal UPS Experiences: SCS & SP (Preferred)
- UPS Systems: QWS, ISPS, IVP, ICRIS, Billing Center (Preferred)
- Q2 2022 Performance -Solid or above
Languages:
- English 60% – Preferred
