The Role

  • Coordinate GL, FA, AGIS, CM, AR and AP transactions: execute controls, post transactions.

  • Approve BS accounts – Blackline reconciliation tool.

  • Coordinate month end closing, ensure completeness on time.

  • Partner up and support financial information to business.

  • Ensure the financial statements and other financial reports, as well as compliance and tax reports under local regulation.

  • Lead Local Team and effectively liaising with Global Processes.

The Requirements

  • Strong Financial Control (Balance sheet, Cash and Working Capital, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles).

  • Exemplary Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)

  • Communication.

  • Analytical Thinking/ Problem Solving.

  • Decision Making.

  • Process Improvement & Transformation.

  • Accountant (Professional Card available).

  • Financial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred – 15+ experience.

  • Experience in a global operating environment from professional services audit background.

  • Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage.

  • Knowledge in Oracle and Blackline.

  • English communication (speaking and writing): B2 Level.
