Act as an interpreter between a wide range of people with diverse voices accents speech tempos and personalities.Provide parties with clear and accurate translations.Interpret questions answers statements arguments explanations and other forms of verbal communication.Interpret without additions or omissions.Complete daily activity logs and other documentation.Adhere to applicable ethics and standards.Respect established ethical codes to ensure that sensitive and confidential information remains secure and protected.Consult dictionaries encyclopedias and terminology compilations to stay informed about the meanings of words and phrases. Requirements: High school diploma.Bachelor's degree in a second language or linguistics.Excellent bilingual communication skills both verbal and written.Computer proficiency.Proficiency with office equipment.Excellent listening skills retention ability and note-taking skills.Mastery of enunciation and pronunciation; pleasant and professional voice.
