Job Description

SLB OS/IT has embarked on a multi-year, multi-million-dollar project to transform its complete portfolio with SAP as a desired ERP. A Global Template solution has been developed which is now being rolled out across the globe. There is a plan to set up Scrum teams as part of this venture.
To lead this Scrum team there is a need of a Scrum master. This document details out the Role and responsibilities that will be required to be carried out by the person.

Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting all the Scrum events Ensure Impediments are raised, addressed as well as escalated as needed Ensure continuous improvement based on Good Scrum Metrics Ensure compliance to APMO processes for People Connect Scrum Team Be a coach for entire scrum team to ensure they are following the scrum methodology as per scrum guidelines Clear ownership of the plan from a Design, Build, Conversion and Cutover perspective and understand the intricacies between the different drivers of the Plan Identification of all the tasks, interdependencies as a part of entire project end to end Encourage the team to bring up impediments/risks/issues as well as be on the lookout for Impediments / Risks / Issues. Identify the requirements and influences of the stakeholders to manage them effectively. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve the targets and aspire for more Demonstrate the technical understanding of the product / project Understand how the Product is integrated within the entire SAP and NON-SAP program landscape Understand the technical, environmental, Data as well as people interdependencies across within the project and the SAP (and Non-SAP) program at large Provide support to the capability leads as well as Release Manager to manage the stage gates across all the phases of the Release Ensure all the deliverables of the Release are on time, within budget and with acceptable quality Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to the project that have the potential to impact the desired outcomes. Lessons Learned Management and implementation Work closely with Product Owner as well as DevOps Managers, Capability leads, Release Managers, Business Release Managers, FDL's to support various activities during the DesignBuild, Integration Test as well as User Training and deployment phase including PDS Ensure on time delivery of quality product by using the Scrum Methodology Role: Scrum Master for SAP Releases / Value Projects Expected Garde: G11 Location: Bogota across the globe. There is a plan to set up Scrum teams as part of this venture. To lead this Scrum team there is a need of a Scrum master. This document details out the Role and SLB-Private Work with the Scrum Teams to produce a demonstrable product for demo to the Product Owner during Sprint Reviews with the business stakeholders.
Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Professional in systems engineering or similar with a master's degree and Scrum Master course.

Three - five years of experience as a SCRUM in the IT sector.

Expert level English written and verbal communication skills

Experience in working in IT projects .

Good Software project management skills (scheduling, effort estimation, stake holder management, change management).

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
