Resumen del trabajo
Esta posición verifica adelantos de gastos, realiza pagos diarios de rutina, audita requisiciones de suministros y codifica facturas. Identifica áreas de excepción, investiga las causas de retenciones y demoras, e inicia soluciones para resolver problemas que retrasan y suspenden el procesamiento de las facturas de proveedores. Esta posición realiza otras tareas según se solicite.
Responsabilidades:
- Revisa y realiza seguimiento de estados de cuentas y otras discrepancias relacionadas con facturas y pagos de cuentas.
- Actúa como enlace entre departamentos y proveedores.
- Responde a problemas administrativos e investigaciones de proveedores.
- Garantiza la precisión de los registros de proveedores.
- Clasifica, archiva y relaciona facturas para su procesamiento. Examina, analiza, verifica y corrige transacciones contables.
- Examina, analiza, verifica y corrige las transacciones contables.
- Validar que los archivos digitales enviados por países locales LATAM estén completos
- Realizar seguimiento a los indicadores de cuentas por pagar.
Calificaciones:
- Mínimo Técnico, Preferible Tecnólogo, Profesional o estudiantes carreras contables o financieras
- Conocimiento práctico Intermedio de Microsoft Word, Excel y Outlook Access,
- Experiencia en sistemas contables – Preferido
- Inglés 50% - A2, B1
