Responsable de proporcionar formación continua al personal de hospital, enfermeros, farmacéuticos y personal de apoyo clínico sobre los beneficios y la utilidad clínica de nuestros
productos.
Será responsable de establecer relaciones con el personal del hospital para desarrollar líderes de opinión e influir en la definición de los algoritmos en cada institución.
Ayudará en el desarrollo de programas de educación con enfoque clínico y apoyará a los representantes de ventas a lograr los objetivos de ventas así como permitir a nuestros clientes
aprovechar el máximo potencial clínico de nuestros productos.
El CIM trabajará estrechamente con los representantes de ventas, especialistas de aplicaciones y el equipo de marketing.
2 Responsabilidades Principales
 Crear nuevas oportunidades de ingreso, promoviendo los productos y servicios a través de charlas clínicas, evaluaciones, visitas in situ y publicaciones.
 Proporcionar formación continua al personal del hospital, sobre la utilidad clínica de los protocolos hospitalarios.
 Apoyar el desarrollo de la Red de Líderes de Opinión, estableciendo relaciones con personas claves que sirvan de referencia, y asistir en el desarrollo de criterios de evaluación de
acuerdo a la solución de bioMérieux.
 Identificar posibles estudios de casos clínicos presentando la tecnología y su enfoque en la microbiología rápida así como desarrollar estudios de casos médicos y compartirlos con
las personas interesadas interna y externamente.
 Trabajo de seguimiento y soporte al grupo de especialistas de aplicaciones, promocionar con evidencia clínica la adherencia de protocolos en clientes ya validados, desarrollar y
ejecutar el plan de valor agregado en las cuentas críticas.
 Participar y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST de bioMérieux Colombia.
3 Estudios-Experiencia, Habilidades y Calificaciones:
Estudios y Experiencia: Profesional en Enfermería, Químico/a Farmacéutico, microbiólogo, epidemiólogo. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en microbiología o afines.
Competencias comerciales en enfermedad infecciosa, Generación de evidencia clínica escrita (papers), Manejo de CUPS, relacionamiento con auditores de aseguradoras, pre-pagadas,
IPS EPS.
Deseable Conocimiento de los productos y competidores de bioMérieux, y reglamentaciones nacionales e internacionales que impacten el negocio, contactos con la comunidad médica.
3.2 Habilidades y calificaciones: -Habilidades Comerciales, adaptabilidad al cambio, enfoque en el resultado, Excelente integrador y negociador. Manejo de leguaje y conceptos
médicos.
