What you will be doing
  • As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls for assistance regarding their accounts.
  • Adheres to required policies and procedures. Strong communication, time management, and call management skills.

What skills you will need
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the hire date
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced English (speaking) C1 or C2
  • Six months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service
Qué habilidades necesitarás

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente
